Before it ships
Orders take 2 to 3 business days to process before they're dispatched. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is on its way, and you can follow it any time in your customer account, where all your orders and their tracking are listed.
Once it's on its way
Your tracking number lets you follow the parcel with the carrier directly. Transit times vary by destination. See How long will my order take to arrive? for the estimate that applies to you.
If tracking hasn't moved
Tracking sometimes goes quiet for a few days, particularly for international orders passing through customs. It usually resolves on its own. See My order is held at customs if that's what your tracking shows.
If it's been several days with no movement and you're concerned, contact us with your order number. We'll look into it and chase the carrier if needed.
