In my honesty I have not experienced such a great and pleasurable customer service for quite a while. The order arrived very quickly (within 2 days), although shipped from Portugal to the Czech Republic. The wrapping brought me to tears to be frankly honest - not because it would not be nice, but the opposite - it was very nicely wrapped and mainly with a personal note - all hand written. The jewel itself is really nice and of a good quality - I am honestly very happy and thankful I ordered this from Portugal Jewels. It feels special and I would like to thank you to Sara and all.
