Markasit-Schmuck wurde in Portugal zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts als Silberreplik traditioneller portugiesischer Schmuckstücke des 18. Jahrhunderts populär, die aus Gold gefertigt und mit Diamanten und Rosen besetzt waren. Der Name Markasit kommt von dem natürlichen Stein, der in diesen Schmuckstücken enthalten ist.

Steigbügel-Ohrringe aus Silber 925‰ mit 1,5 cm und 4,8gr. Details aus 9Kt Gold mit 0,4gr. Hergestellt in Portugal.
