Kann ich meine Bestellung nach Aufgabe ändern oder stornieren?
Once you receive the notification that your order is being processed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders.
Es ist ein Geschenk. Kann ich meine Bestellung verpacken und individuelle Karten beilegen lassen?
To receive your order as a Geschenk, please follow these steps:
- Add the Geschenk Wrap item to your cart.
- In the order notes at checkout, mention that the order is a Geschenk and include the personalisiert Botschaft you would like to add.
By adding Geschenk Wrap, we ensure that:
- Your order is shipped with a Geschenk receipt, with no prices displayed.
- We include a handwritten card with your Botschaft (if you send us the Botschaft).
- All Schmuck pieces are placed in an individual box, with a satin ribbon and seal, and also include a bag, as indicated on the product page.

Online security is very important to Portugal Jewels. At no time do we store customer financial information on our servers. Payments are made on recognized and trusted external platforms that specialize in payment processing and data protection.

VAT is not included in orders delivered outside the EU. The recipient will be responsible for all taxes and fees incurred in the destination country.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import duties and tax charges when they arrive in the destination country. We do not support this cost. In this case, the customer will therefore be responsible for paying any import charges that may be added. Please note that shipping depends on the availability of our stock. If the Schmuck you purchase is out of stock, it will ship in 1 to 3 weeks. In all cases where it is not possible to deliver the items immediately, Portugal Jewels will contact you, indicating the new deadline for sending and the possibility of reimbursement.

Kann ich die Sendungsverfolgungsnummer meiner Bestellung einsehen?
Yes. After we ship your order, you will receive your order tracking number by email. In standard international shipping, tracking may be limited.

Yes. At Portugal Jewels, we currently ship worldwide.
Zölle und Steuern
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges when arriving in the destination country outside Portugal. We do not cover this cost, so you will be responsible for paying any import charges that may be added. As customs taxes vary from country to country, we cannot advise on these taxes and we recommend that you contact your local customs service for more information before placing your order.

Once the order is shipped, we cannot redirect it. If you wish to do so, please contact the carrier directly.
Rückgabe
Kann ich meinen Portugal Jewels Artikel zurückgeben?
Portugal Jewels accepts returns of items with which you are not satisfied.
You can return the jewels you purchased within a 30-day period. The jewels must be intact and in perfekt condition. To start the return process, access our Contact page.
The refund amount, will be processed in the same way as the original payment or, if you prefer, in a Portugal Jewels voucher.
All sales tax is included in your refund if your order has been shipped to an EU destination. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales tax are non-refundable.
The Schmuck must be shipped in its original Verpackung, with proof of purchase. We do not cover return shipping costs unless you are returning a defective Schmuck. We advise that all returns be sent by Registered Mail, as we cannot be held responsible for returns unless signed by a member of our team.
After we receive the returned Schmuck we will send you a confirmation email.
Returns will be processed within approximately 5 working days of receipt.
Kann ich mein Portugal Jewels Stück umtauschen?
If the size of the Stück is not as expected or if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be intact, in perfekt condition, in its original Verpackung, and accompanied by the proof of purchase.
To start the return process, access our Contact page and fill out the form with the information required.
Please note that the exchange involves returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired Stück. The new item must be of equal or greater value, or you may wählen to receive a Portugal Jewels voucher.
All sales taxes are included in the exchange if your order was shipped within the European Union. For destinations outside the EU, any customs duties and local sales taxes are non-refundable.
Once we receive the item, we will send you a confirmation email, and your new Stück will be shipped within up to 5 business days. If you have any questions, we are always here to help.

You can return the jewel within a 30-day period. Please send us an email to info@portugaljewels.com before making the return, so that we can advise you on the steps to take and deadlines for refunding or sending the replacement Schmuck.
All our pieces are handcrafted and made from natural materials. Its composition and color may vary slightly from the displayed image, as well as actual dimensions and specifications.
Ich habe einen Portugal Jewels Artikel bei einem Ihrer Händler gekauft. Kann ich ihn zurückgeben?
Portugal Jewels is present in several stores in Portugal and around the world with different exchange and return policies. If you wish to return Schmuck that was originally purchased from a physical store, you must contact the store directly and submit your order.
