Once we receive your returned jewelry, you can choose between two options. They're not equal in value, store credit always leaves you better off, wherever your order was delivered.
Your two options
Store credit. We credit the full value of the jewelry for a future purchase. On international orders we also add back what you paid in return shipping. In Portugal, we don't deduct the 5€ label fee. Store credit doesn't expire.
Refund to your original payment method. We return the value of the jewelry to the payment method you used.
Why store credit is worth more
Whoever chooses to exchange or take store credit always keeps more value than someone who takes a refund. Here's the difference:

Taxes
For orders delivered within the EU, all sales taxes are included in your refund. Outside the EU, any customs duties and local taxes you paid aren't refundable by Portugal Jewels, those went to your country's authorities, not to us.
