They're called Shrines as they have a small window-like space with an image of devotion. Normally decorated with Turquoises.

Gold plated silver 925‰ necklace with 45cm and 9,0 gr. Size of Shrine medal 4,0 cm (with the loop). Handmade in Portugal.
