A broken clasp or a piece that needs replating does not mean the end of your jewelry. Our mission is for your pieces to remain part of your life, creating memories and being passed down from generation to generation. Almost everything can be repaired.
How much does it cost?
Repair work is always free under our 3-year warranty. The only cost you may need to pay is a fixed shipping fee to send your piece to our workshop and have it returned to you:
| Your situation | Fee |
|---|---|
| Within 30 days of your invoice date | Free, no charge |
| After 30 days: Portugal, Europe and the United Kingdom | 9€ |
| After 30 days: USA and Canada | $15 |
The fee only covers shipping to our workshop and back to you, not the repair itself. Payment is requested after your piece arrives and is processed like a regular online purchase. We will send you the details at that stage.
Repairs to 19.2 kt or 9 kt gold jewelry
All repairs to 19.2 kt or 9 kt gold jewelry are subject to prior assessment by our team.
Depending on the type of repair required, additional costs may apply. If the repair requires the use of extra gold, this will also be reflected in the quotation.
Once the piece has been assessed, we will always inform you of any applicable costs before proceeding with the repair.
How to send your jewelry
Please contact us first and let us know what happened. We will confirm what applies to your order and provide the relevant instructions for your country.
How long does it take?
Repairs usually take 2 to 8 weeks from the moment your piece arrives at our workshop.
We will confirm once it has arrived and provide an estimated return date. When it is ready, we will ask you to confirm your shipping details before sending it back to you.
Lost an earring?
In many cases, we can reproduce a missing earring to match the one you still have. Contact us with your order details and we will assess the case for you.
