To return or exchange a piece, three things need to be true:
- You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
- The jewelry must be intact, in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and with its proof of purchase.
- Once your request is approved, please send the item within 5 business days and share the tracking number with us.
