Cash on delivery
We don't offer cash on delivery. Payment is completed on the site before your order ships.
Is it secure?
Yes, we never store your financial data on our servers, and payments are handled by specialist external providers. See Is my payment secure? for more.
Trouble at checkout?
If a payment is declined or won't go through, it's usually your bank rather than our website. Trying a different method, a card instead of MB WAY, or PayPal, often resolves it.
